the ME vs the AE

Report from the battle field: A tough fight between ME and AE and both actually have equal opportunity to win. Let's see who's gonna win and who's will be knock out from the battle. Rule of the game: "whoever give up or surrender by 29th October will lose"

Few more weeks to go and ME was having fun and wasting time.

On the other hand, AE was mad with ME because instead of fighting with him, she was doing something else.

As time passed by, ME suddenly realized...

OMGGGGGGGGG....few days more to go and panic stroke ME "what should I do? Where should I start?"
all the wh- questions are coming out from ME's mouth and also the how question

ME regretted for she has wasted all the times that she had before...sob sob..

actually ME didn't cry I put this to make it more dramatic...literature student mah Now back to the story......

Me
felt so tense

she kept on asking herself will I be able to finish on time...I don't have the strength to carry on...helppppp!!!!!! mayday!!!!! mayday!!!!!
Then one fine day ME saw this

"Wow..this thing is good huh..ho liao" said ME. She wanted to purchase it but then ME realized that it's not a good thing to get that because she will still lose to AE in the end. She kept on thinking on what she should do in that very last moment then she suddenly sang this song:
"JESUS IS THE ANSWER FOR THE WORLD TODAY, ABOVE HIM THERE'S NO OTHER, JESUS IS THE ANSWER"

"Aha!, " said ME, "JESUS IS THE ANSWER". For all these while ME was looking for the solution and on that very day she got the answer. She started to pray and gave all her worries to God.

Jesus said in the bible 1 Peter 5:7 :"Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares you"

Me did not feel tense anymore and she was more motivated to fight with AE. It's a tough fight but she didn't want to give up because she believes that when she's walking with God there's nothing that she should afraid of.

Although sometimes she became like this

but in the end.....

she WON the battle against AE. AE is now with ME's coach as he wanted to become as good as ME too.

ME is now looking forward for this..wink wink

THE VICTORY FOR ME....not yet la ME dun perasan ah paper CALL lum ambik gik

ME felt shy-shy cat ..hehe

****you guys must be wondering what AE is, am i right??? actually AE stands for Academic Exercise/ Thesis
so moral of the story is ________________ (fill in the blank)

~The Chronicles of My Handphone Network~

These are my current handphones

but when I first started using handphone
this was given to me

the ever famous handphone during that time because you can compose your own ringtone :)

Hey...wait!! I'm not going to talk about handphones but the networks that I have used and I'm currently using. ^-^

This is my chronicles of network...

First, I used this network for this was the best network in Ranau during that time...no other network can beat Celcom during that time

Then, I was influenced by the massive advertisements done by Hotlink a.k.a Maxis
and I think I'm not alone for many of friends have used this network as well
another fact is that the ex chenta used Hotlink so I have to use this network too :p

Seriously the ads had made a great impact to teenagers during that time because most of my friends started to switch network

After a couple of years, I've decided to switch to DiGi for there is no chenta anymore T_T
It actually symbolizes the act of moving on with a new chapter of my life ^-^

and now I'm proud to say that I'm the loyal user of this yellow genie since 2005
DiGi gives lots of bonuses to me..thank you DiGi
btw, I like your genie ads

and also this U.O.X by Celcom

with this my credit is valid till 28th July 2012
I even enjoy super duper cheap SMS and calls

This made me think how much $ $ $ that I have wasted on buying reload cards since the first day I got my phone....

What about you?
Have you ever calculated on the amount of $$$ that you have invested only for top-up?
As long as we have handphones nothing will stop us from buying top-up

nanti chenta marah pula kan if tidak kena call (this line is for Cleo and Pam..huhu)

Thank You Letter vs Threatening Letter

Have you ever received a thank you letter? And have you ever received a threatening letter?
When I was browsing the pictures in my lappy I found two types of letter given by my students. They gave me these letters during my last day of practicum. Though it's been 5 months since I left the school but seriously I still enjoy reading them simply because these letters make me happy :) laugh :0 and miss them T_T

THANK YOU LETTERS

Compilation of letters written by students of 1K

Given by Timothy aka TJ

Miss you too!

Anis gave me this *wink*

Always with his so-called 3D style of writing - Carson

I present to you, jeng...jeng... jeng (drum roll)

A THREATENING LETTER

Up till now I'm still wondering who wrote this
I think it's either Asyraf or Daryl because they were the 1 who sent this letter to me when I was teaching at 2S

Yes, I am once your English teacher and your are once my students..my very 1st batch of students.

Adorable Brianna to Abused Brianna

For me, babies are one of the cutest creature that God has created and most of us are once a baby before we turn to be like ourselves now. When I look at her picture she looked so cute and adorable and I wish that I can kiss on her cheek. Brianna would be 7 this year and we probably have a chance to talk to her but she no longer can celebrate her birthday for she has left this world to be with our Father in heaven when she was just six months old.

I've heard so many cases of child abuse but for me this is the most brutal child abuse ever in history. When we were a kid and our sibling hit us we will cry because of the pain right? Imagine how much pain that Brianna had to bear as there were bruises from the top of her head all throughout her body all the way to the big toe on her right foot. Besides, she had bite marks on her face, cheek, torso and everywhere and she was just SIX MONTHS OLD during that time. This baby who did not even know what sex means was raped. This is not done by a nanny, not by an abductor and not even by a stranger but by her very own blood and flesh. She was abused by her mother, father and uncle. Through investigations, the police found out that the night before Brianna died, her father and uncle threw her to the ceiling and let her slam to the ground. Then, they had raped her time and time again. The bite marks were caused by her mother.

It was an ugly truth to know that she's been physically abused for a long time as the investigators discovered that there were old and new bite marks and skull fractures. I wonder if her parents do even love and showed their affection to her. Probably, Brianna's grandmother and uncle could have make a change if they reported this earlier or tried to stop it. I don't hate Brianna's family for doing this to her but I pray to God that they will change and start learn to love children. I pray that they will have breakthrough and be changed. I want them to know the wonderful feeling of LOVE. Let us pray for them.

Brianna's father, mother and uncle were faced a maximum of 18 years in prison as they were convicted for committing intentional child abuse resulting in death. The members of the public were not satisfied with the punishment and one of them State Sen. Mary Jane Garcia had tried three years to make the crime punishable by a life sentence. As for Brianna's grandmother and uncle they were sentenced to 30 days in jail for not reporting the abuse. Detective Wright felt that Brianna's parents are very young and they were actually struggling by themselves. Thus, young parents actually need to have proper education and proper support systems.

Baby Brianna is now locked up in a cage built around her grave by her family to keep the community who loved her so much out. According to the news report the grave is mess, unkempt and full of thrash. There's also a cherub with a finger raised to her lips and some believe it's message. For me, the message is very clear and shows the real attitude of her family. The cage that had been built by her family will not stop people from visiting her grave and show their love towards her as people still visit her grave and leave flowers. They even built another marker outside the caged grave. No one will ever forget Brianna because her case was an eye opener for members of the public, detectives, social workers and prosecutors.

When Detective Wright and his team were working on Brianna's case they never found pictures of Brianna in her home, not even a single image of her playing, smiling or laughing. Wright really wanted to know what she looked like when she was alone. He is the one who took the picture of Brianna as you can see below and he took that before they started the autopsy and her face was was lying on a white sheet. He decided to edit the photo so that he knows what she supposed to look like. I know all of you agreed that she's adorable and cute.

THE CUTE BABY BRIANNA

THE ABUSED BRIANNA

I was facebooking just now and I found out that many of friends watched the video entitled Baby Brianna. I was curious to know what makes this baby so special. Then I searched for the video on youtube and this is what I watched. So, I've decided to post an entry about Brianna. My tears fell down as I watched the video.

Baby Brianna

A reminder to all of us that even Jesus loves children so much.

Psalm 127:3-5 (New International Version)

3 Sons are a heritage from the LORD,
children a reward from him.

4 Like arrows in the hands of a warrior
are sons born in one's youth.

5 Blessed is the man
whose quiver is full of them.
They will not be put to shame
when they contend with their enemies in the gate.

SO, what can we do to prevent ourselves from being infected by this disease?
For you to remember easily the best way to prevent H1N1 from attaking your body click on the video below :)

Praise Him In The Dance

Psalm 149

1 Praise the LORD. a]">[a]
Sing to the LORD a new song,
his praise in the assembly of the saints.

2 Let Israel rejoice in their Maker;
let the people of Zion be glad in their King.

3 Let them praise his name with dancing
and make music to him with tambourine and harp.

4 For the LORD takes delight in his people;
he crowns the humble with salvation.

5 Let the saints rejoice in this honor
and sing for joy on their beds.

6 May the praise of God be in their mouths
and a double-edged sword in their hands,

7 to inflict vengeance on the nations
and punishment on the peoples,

8 to bind their kings with fetters,
their nobles with shackles of iron,

9 to carry out the sentence written against them.
This is the glory of all his saints.
Praise the LORD.

Last Saturday I participated in the event organized by River of Christ Church (ROCC) which is called Soaking in the Rain 6 hours Praise & Worship. Yes, I've been blessed by the event and I enjoyed the God's presence during the event. After practicing for more than a month last Saturday was the day in which we the praise & worship team from Grace Church (BM) Shah Alam gave our best to praise & worship our God. So, what did I do during the event??? Can you guess after reading the scriptures above?? Yes, I'm the dancer together with the rest of my dancers team; Emma, Pam, Cleo, Ila and Sibeng.

It was such a wonderful experience dancing with them though we are not a professional dancer but when we dance for the glory of His name, He will give us the best dance. After the event one lady from ROCC told us that she saw light on top of us when we were dancing...Praise the Lord. When I was worshipping I heard a voice telling me 'percaya dengan talenta yang anda ada dan gunakannya untuk kemuliaan nama Tuhan'. Thank you Lord for this and I will continue to give my best to you.

Here are some of the pictures during the event:

CLOSE or OPEN

These two words haunted UiTM students recently for there's so many H1N1 cases reported everyday and our beloved UiTM is affected too. Frankly speaking I'm tired of listening to the rumors that UiTM will be closed for 1 semester.......oh no!!!! I want to finish my study this year and not next year...plz let me graduate this year T_T

This is the no 1 rumor that really make my day today:
PERHATIAN. UiTM akan umumkan cuti peristiwa sempena H1N1 bermula 16/8/09-3/1/10..Sila layari student portal untuk keterangan lanjut. Untuk makluman sila cetak borang permohonan penangguh pelajaran.
I'm so tired last night so I woke up late this morning. Actually, I received this SMS when I was still sleeping. You know how it feels when you're like still sleepy and blurry. So, when I read the SMS I was like..huh??? no way!!! 1 semester???? oh no!!!!! So I text Abigail to confirm whether the SMS is true or not but she asked me to read it carefully. Then I read the SMS again and i found this.
Sila click di...
AKU SUDAH KENA TIPU.COM...hahahaha. Pdn muka nk cuti sgt. Jgn hrp la.

Yeah I was 'wakenabeb' or one of the innocent victims in Howie Do It. Well I'm looking forward to hear the announcement that will be made by UiTM top management. this Tuesday. I pray that eventhough it will be closed but not for 1 semester please, the longest probably 1 month..haha. One thing on my mind 1 month is enough for me to do AE.

I fall in L.O.V.E

Love is a need,
Love is a feeling,
Love is essential,
I fell in love,
This tall guy, that handsome guy,
Twice or thrice I'm not sure.

As the sun rises and sets,
As the earth moves around,
And as the river flows to the sea,
After felling for a few times,
I heard a knock on my door,
And I open it for you,
Yes...again I fall in love.

In you lie my hope,
In you lie my joy,
In you I trust,
In you I believe,
A sinner am I,
Do I even suit you?
Yet you accept this sinner.

My heart been broken into pieces,
Twice or thrice I'm not sure,
Eternal love- that's your promise,
Keep you in my heart- that's mine to you,
The blessings that shower me,
The light that enlightens me,
The prayer that keeps me strong,
The praise that pleases you,
The worship that draws us closer,
You are the L.O.V.E that I never had before.

I never heard your name before,
Jesus-what a weird name!
But I learnt that...
JESUS is
a KING,
a SAVIOUR,
a REDEEMER,
Yes, there is none like you,
Let your will be done on me.

I'm 23 years old

28th July 2009 marked 23 years I've been living in this world. 23 years mean I've experienced so many things in my life like sitting for national examinations, being scolded by mum and dad, having a fight with my siblings, stepping my feet for the first time at UiTM, treasuring wonderful friendship and so many other things (It would take me a year to list down everything so I just mentioned a few). I felt grateful for the blessings that God has given me throughout these years and I know He never leave in happy time and also in bad times. I know his blessings towards His people will never stop.

A Big Loss

yeah I know I didn't update my blog for quite some time or for a long time to be exact :p. I have lots of things to write but it seems that blogging is not my cup of tea but I will try to update my blog regularly..hmm let's see k :)

Yesterday I received this SMS from my best friend, Tatum:

Tlg pray utk mmy sia. Dia masuk emgncy smlm sb sakit kpla n muntah2. Then hr ni doc suspect ada bleeding dlm kpladia. Belum decide lg whthr perlu bdah or x.
I was surprised to hear that but I thought it's the disease that her mum usually had. I did pray for her mum. Later when we were having service at church I found out that her mum was in critical condition and Tatum and her sister had been asked by their brother to go back to Sabah a.s.a.p. So, right after service Jim drove them to the LCCT accompanied by Pam, Cleo and me. During the journey, I have a bad feeling :( and I thought that this maybe caused by my decision not to attend the meetings after the service. I just kept it to myself because I didn't want to cause any tense.

Tatum's flight was at 7.30 p.m. so she arrived at KK at 10 p.m. So, I've decided to give her a call at around 11p.m. and I was so sad to hear the news from Tatum about her mum's condition. I know how she felt as her mum suddenly fell sick though about a month ago before she went back to KL her mum was in a pink of health. She also told me that the doctor said nothing can be done and I prayed to God to give strength to her family and do the best for her mum.

I was already asleep when I received this SMS from Tatum at 2.27 a.m. today:

Ibu sy (Pn. Sekia) sdh dipanggil Tuhan at 2.08 a.m. Pls pray utk sgala kprluan kmi n prsiapan utk kebumi..doa jg utk phburan bg kmi skluarga.
I read the SMS again and again because I didn't believe what had been typed and I thought I was dreaming. Then, I woke up in the morning and read the SMS again..tears falling down from my eyes T_T ...the SMS is very true and I'm not dreaming. I feel so sad for the loss of Tatum's mum. We had met twice , in sabah and also in Shah Alam. For me she's such a lovely person and so motherly. Later, I called Tatum and told her to be strong and gave her support.

The death of Tatum's mum reminds me of the death of my beloved grandpa on 30th May this year. It's hard to accept the death of our love ones especially when it's a sudden death. We felt like they shouldn't leave us yet because we still need them but it is beyond our control. It lies in God's hand because no one comes to God except through Him.

This is the verse from the bible that I came across when I was writing the biography for my grandfather and I did share it with Tatum.

Revelation 14: 13 Then I heard a voice from heaven say, "Write: Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord from now on." "Yes, "says the spirit,"they will rest from their labor, for their deeds will follow them.

This verse gives me the strength that I need to face the fact that my grandpa is now in a different world from me and I believe that Tatum can do the same thing too. Today when I think back about the bad feelings that I had yesterday it was the same feeling that I had experienced few hours before my uncle and my grandpa died. I just don't know how did these happened.

Condolence to Tatum and her family. Be strong girl for the Lord God is with you and I will always be there for you.

My grandpa's grave
